  1. Handcrafted Variance: Since many of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but a mark of authenticity.
  2. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
  3. Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Payment & Orders

  1. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our checkout page, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
  2. Your order is only confirmed once payment is verified (for non-COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days.
  2. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Meenakshi Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
  3. Security: We provide tamper-proof packaging. Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear opened or damaged.

5. Limitation of Liability

  1. Meenakshi Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

6. Governing Law

  1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
